At Strong Coffee Company, we stand behind the quality of our brews; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the coffee or merchandise is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
